Pasta Alla Boscaiola
Welcome to my quick and easy pasta website, featuring some of my favorite recipes. These are presented in an easy, understandable and foolproof way, for people that (like myself) want to get straight to the table without even having to pull out the scale, in a max of 15 minutes! Pasta alla Boscaiola
Ingredients (Serves 2):
100g of chopped mushrooms
2 Slices of bacon, cut in thin slices
1 garlic clove
100ml of fresh single cream
1 tbsp olive oil
200g of Fusilli
Directions
Bring a large pan of water to boil, salt it with a small fist of salt and throw in the pasta.
While the pasta cooks, heat up the olive oil and the crushed garlic clove in
a pan. Toss in the bacon slices for 3-4 minutes on a medium flame. Add the
chopped mushrooms to the mix and cook for about five minutes. Add the cream and stir for another couple of minutes. I like to add some ground nutmeg to the mix for that extra
flavors from time to time. Tip: keep the sauce pan covered with a lid, if the mix gets too dry add some water from the pasta.
Mix with the pasta (after draining!) with the sauce and season to taste with finely chopped parsley, grated parmesan cheese, freshly ground black pepper and salt. Enjoy!
