Pasta With Chicken And Herbs
Welcome to my quick and easy pasta website, featuring some of my favorite recipes. These are presented in an easy, understandable and foolproof way, for people that (like myself) want to get straight to the table without even having to pull out the scale, in a max of 15 minutes! Feel free to tweak the recipes as you like, and remember...it's all about being creative!

Pasta with chicken and herbs.
Ingredients (Serves 2):
2 Slices of smoked bacon, cut in thin parts.
100g of chicken cut in cubes
½ finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove
½ cup of chicken stock
½ chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
200g of your favorite pasta
Directions
Bring a large pan of water to boil, salt it with a small fist of salt and throw in the pasta.
While the pasta cooks, heat up the olive oil in a pan and toss in the crushed garlic clove, the onions, and the bell pepper. Add the bacon slices after 3-4 minutes on a medium flame, until crispy. Then add the stock to the mix and simmer for another 5 minutes, adding some water from the pasta should the sauce get too dry.
Mix with the pasta (after draining!) with the sauce, season with salt, pepper,
some parsley and ground parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
