Spaghetti Ai Gamberetti
Welcome to my quick and easy pasta website, featuring some of my favorite recipes. These are presented in an easy, understandable and foolproof way, for people that (like myself) want to get straight to the table without even having to pull out the scale, in a max of 15 minutes! Spaghetti ai Gamberetti
Ingredients (Serves 2):
100g of cleaned and washed prawns
1 garlic clove
50g of chopped cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
200g of Spaghetti
Directions
Bring a large pan of water to boil, salt it with a small fist of salt and throw in the pasta.
While the pasta cooks, heat up the olive oil and the crushed garlic clove in a pan. Toss in the prawns for 3-4 minutes on a medium flame. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes to the mix and cook for another 5 minutes, adding some water from the pasta to avoid the sauce getting too dry. If you like spicy foods this is the time to add some finely chopped chili for that extra kick. Tip: keep the sauce pan covered with a lid, if the mix gets too dry add some water from the pasta.
Mix with the pasta (after draining!) with the sauce and season to taste with finely chopped parsley, freshly ground black pepper and salt. Enjoy!
