Spaghetti Al Salmone

Welcome to my quick and easy pasta website, featuring some of my favorite recipes. These are presented in an easy, understandable and foolproof way, for people that (like myself) want to get straight to the table without even having to pull out the scale, in a max of 15 minutes! Feel free to tweak the recipes as you like, and remember...it's all about being creative!

Spaghetti al Salmone

Ingredients (Serves 2):

100g of Salmon cut in thin slices
1 garlic clove
100ml of Single cream
1 tbsp olive oil
200g of Spaghetti
 


Directions

Bring a large pan of water to boil, salt it with a small fist of salt and throw in the pasta.
While the pasta cooks, heat up the olive oil and the crushed garlic clove in a pan. Toss in the salmon for 3-4 minutes on a medium flame until cooked. Add the cream to the mix. I like to add some ground nutmeg to add some extra flavor from time to time. Tip: keep the sauce pan covered with a lid, if the mix gets too dry add some water from the pasta.
Mix with the pasta (after draining!) with the sauce and season to taste with finely chopped parsley, freshly ground black pepper and salt. Enjoy!
